What are Balances and Budgets?

Vendor balances represent the actual funds available in their account, which can be distributed across multiple campaigns. On the other hand, campaign budgets are specific to each campaign and may include daily allocations and carryover amounts. Marketplaces periodically replenish vendor accounts, and campaign managers can then decide how much to allocate to each campaign.

Marketplace administrators can access a live snapshot of all vendor account balances and track the remaining days until depletion via the Marketplace Admin dashboard's 'Balance' column.

The Vendor dashboard also provides visibility into account balances and pacing status under the 'Balance Breakdown' section.

Furthermore, the Vendor dashboard displays specific daily budgets set for each individual campaign, indicating the maximum amount that can be spent per day.
