Topsort offers vendors Self-Service Access for full campaign management control or Analytics Access for insights without management tasks. Marketplaces can adjust access levels as needed via the vendor details page.
Topsort offers vendors two distinct access levels tailored to their needs:
- Self-Service Access: Vendors have full autonomy through the self-service vendor dashboard. Here, they can directly create and edit campaigns, monitor real-time metrics, toggle autobidding settings, manage payments, and invite team members for seamless collaboration.
- Analytics Access: For vendors seeking insights into campaign performance without the need for campaign management tasks, we offer Analytics access. This allows vendors to closely monitor campaign metrics and performance data.
Keep in mind, Marketplaces have the flexibility to adjust vendor access levels at any point as their level of campaign involvement or management needs change.
To modify vendor access, navigate to the vendor details page in the Topsort platform. In the image below, you can see that this vendor is currently limited to Analytics access. You would toggle on 'Self-Service' to grant the vendor Full Access.
