Here's what you can do:
- If you find yourself stuck in a login loop or experiencing constant refreshes on the Topsort page, try accessing this URL: https://app.topsort.com/api/auth/logout.
- If logging in directly to Topsort isn't working, consider asking a colleague to resend the invitation to your email. Use the login button provided in the email link to access your account.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Navigate to "Settings" > "Site settings" > "View permissions and data stored across sites." Locate topsort.com and delete all associated cookies.
- If you attempted to log in with Google before receiving an invitation (even if uncertain), reach out to our dedicated customer support team for assistance.
