I didn’t get the email invitation to sign up

If you haven't received an email invitation despite being invited through the "Users" portal, here are some steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Verify with the person who invited you that the email address was entered correctly
  2. Ensure that the invitation hasn't expired by checking its status
  3. Request the person who has invited you to delete any existing invitation associated with your email and resend it
  4. If the person who invited you encounters the "user already exists" error, try using an alternative email address. Alternatively, you can contact the Topsort team and specify the account you already have access to and the one you're attempting to access
