You'll primarily observe an increase in your impression count if you're winning auctions. Your ad will appear, creating higher engagement levels.
You can also manually check the marketplace website to see if your product/ad is listed in a premium spot.
If you're not winning auctions, your budget will remain the same, and you won't see a significant increase in impressions. In this case, Sponsored Listing campaigns will still list your product, but not as "Sponsored". Banner ad campaigns won't appear.
