You need to be invited to use Topsort. Your colleagues can invite you via email using the dashboard.
Step 1: Have someone invite you to Topsort's platform
- If you are setting up Topsort for the first time, please get in touch with your Account Manager or via support@topsort.com
- If you work for a retailer and your team already has access to Topsort, they can invite you to the platform by entering your email in Settings -> Users
- If you work for a CPG, Brand, or Agency, please reach out to the retailer in question and they will be able to invite you to use the platform via email
Step 2: Follow the instructions and create an account
You will receive an email similar to the below. Click the link and follow the instructions to create an account. Don't forget to choose a secure password.
To login, navigate to: https://app.topsort.com
