How are purchases and sales measured?

Track campaign effectiveness with key metrics Purchases and Promoted Sales!

You can monitor the effectiveness of your campaigns and track purchases and sales through two key metrics available in the vendor dashboard:

  1. Number of Purchases: This metric represents the total purchase volume by customers resulting from interactions with your sponsored listings or banner ads.
  2. Promoted Sales: This metric reflects the total revenue generated from all purchases driven by your ads.

Both metrics exclusively capture the impact of your advertising efforts, disregarding organic purchase behavior. Additionally, it's important to note that only purchases made within the predetermined Attribution Window are considered. The Attribution Window, determined by the marketplace, typically ranges between 7 to 28 days and signifies the timeframe between a click on your ad and the attributed sale.

By monitoring these metrics, you gain valuable insights into the direct impact of your ad campaigns on driving purchases and revenue within the specified attribution period.
