You can view your payment and billing information by clicking on your profile picture on the Dashboard, and clicking “Settings” on the drop-down menu.
Here you can see your Account Balance. This is the amount of prepaid credit in your advertising wallet. If you have not prepaid any credit into your account, this number will show as $0.
To top up the wallet, simply click the green button “Top-up wallet”. You will then see a pop-up with the options to top-up an amount, custom, or suggested amounts. Then, choose which card you will be charging and click “Top-up now”. All of our payments are powered securely by Stripe.
If you do not have any saved payment details, you can go to “Manage Cards” and enter your card details by clicking “Add card”.
Your account balance will allow a slight negative balance and will be shown in red. You will be notified that your credit has run out and you should refill your wallet to recommence your advertising.
To set up automatic refilling of your advertising wallet, click the checkbox “set up auto-fill”. This will automatically charge your card when your balance is looking to run out in the next 48 hours.
On the Payments and Billing page, you can also see your “Payment History”. If you have made no campaigns and no clicks, this area will be empty. Once you have started to gain impressions and clicks, you will be charged on a cost-per-click model. This means that when a customer clicks on your ad you will be charged that amount that won the auction.
In “Payment History”, from left to right, the date, the type of transaction e.g. payment or ad credit and the amount credited or debited. You can download the receipt of all your payments and choose the date by clicking on the calendar icon.
