The dashboard is designed to show the most important information in a short amount of time.
After logging onto the platform, you will see your vendor name and the âTrendsâ graph. Here, you can track your âspendingâ and your âclicksâ over a range of different time periods. The graph shows the date along the x-axis and the $ amount on the y-axis. To change the time period just click the box âLast 7 daysâ to see the drop-down menu.
You can also see the four main metrics: Sales, Return on ad spend, Impressions, and cost per click (CPC). These metrics are updated in real-time.
At the top right of the dashboard, you have the following options:
Invite to your team - Here you can add members of your team to also view the Dashboard and create/edit campaigns.
Manage Invoices - Here, you can manage your invoices and payments
Create a campaign - Follow the steps of âcreating your first campaignâ here.
Underneath this, you can see all of your campaigns. If this is the first time you are using Topsort-powered ads, there will be no active campaigns. Once you have created a campaign/ multiple campaigns, you can see the name, daily budget, total sales, ROAS and status of your campaign. By clicking the arrows, you can view your campaigns in ascending or descending order by category.
You can change the status of your campaign at any time by clicking the slider under âstatusâ. When active, the slider will be green, when inactive, it will be grey. When you turn off a campaign, your products will stop being advertised.
We recommend staying fully active for the first 2-3 weeks of running your first campaign so you can see how you perform and which budgets/bids work best for that campaign.
To start a new campaign, click the green ânew campaignâ button at the top right of the dashboard. Follow the steps of âcreating your first campaignâ here.
Once you have some active campaigns, you can click on each one to see a more detailed review. On this page, you can see the campaign-specific trend graph as well as the product list and metrics including the click-through rate and the conversion rate. You can see the individual performance of each of your products within the campaign.
All of this data can be exported as a PDF by clicking âExportâ at the top right side of the page. You can also delete the campaign to make it permanently inactive. Once you delete the campaign it cannot be accessed again.
Through the Dashboard, you can access your Account Settings. Do this by clicking your name and picture at the top right of your screen. Here, you can see your total account balance and the value of your next due payment. You can add and edit your payment details here.
You can view and edit your full account details, including your business information and team members who have access to the platform.
